Delivery

1. Delivery Times by Product Code

  • Products with code ending T –  manufacturing time 2-3 weeks

  • Products with code ending L – manufacturing time 2-3 weeks

  • Products with code ending B – manufacturing time 2-3 weeks

  • Products with code ending M – delivery time 3–4 weeks

  • Products with code ending G (Maxton products) – delivery time 4–6 weeks

  • Products with numeric-only codes – delivery time 2–4 weeks

Delivery time starts from the moment the sales agreement is confirmed (i.e., payment received and order confirmed).

 

2. Delivery Countries

Products are shipped to:
Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Latvia, Lithuania, and other EU countries.

If you would like a customized or personal delivery offer, you can request a quote by email from our team.

 

3. Delivery Methods

Pickup in Person

  • Customers can collect their order free of charge from GUP-Tuning OÜ at:
    Kesk-Sõjamäe 24, 11415 Tallinn

  • Opening hours: Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00

  • No delivery fee is charged for this option.

Courier Delivery

  • Orders are delivered via our partner courier or transport companies.

  • Delivery cost depends on destination country, order size, and weight.

  • The exact delivery cost is shown in the shopping cart before confirming the order or provided as a quote within 1–2 business days.

 

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipments in Estonia usually arrive within 1–21 business days from the sales agreement confirmation.

  • International shipments (EU and other countries) usually arrive within 3–30 calendar days.

  • In exceptional cases (custom orders, factory production, customs procedures, etc.) delivery time may extend up to 45 calendar days.

 

5. Custom Orders and Production Specifics

Products with code ending G (Maxton products) are made to order specifically for the customer.

  • These products are not stock items and cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Customer responsibility: verify the product’s compatibility with your vehicle before ordering.

  • If the customer orders a product without consulting us beforehand and it turns out to be incompatible, return or exchange is not possible.
