Shipping Information

We ship automotive parts, wheels and accessories across the European Union and to selected destinations outside the EU. All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated per order based on the destination and the size and weight of the shipment.

The shipping rate is generally determined by the largest or heaviest item in the order. Smaller items can usually be included in the same shipment without additional shipping costs.

The final available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. If a shipping rate is not available for your destination, please contact us for a personalised quote.

Shipping Zones

European Union

Shipping costs within the European Union are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and shipment characteristics.

Non-EU Countries

Due to customs requirements and the oversized nature of many of our products, shipping to Norway, Iceland and other destinations outside the European Union is quoted individually.

To request a shipping quote, please contact us and provide:

  • the products and quantities you would like to order;
  • your complete delivery address, including the postal code;
  • a telephone number for the carrier, if requested.

We will provide a shipping quote before confirming the order.

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees or other local charges. Unless otherwise agreed, these charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing and Production Times

Products that are in stock are normally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.

Products that are not in stock may be made to order. Their estimated production time is generally 2–4 weeks, depending on the product and manufacturer. Where applicable, product-specific production information is shown on the product page or confirmed after the order is received.

If an order contains both in-stock and made-to-order products, the order will normally be shipped once all products are ready, unless separate shipping has been agreed in advance.

You will receive tracking information when the order has been dispatched, where tracking is available for the selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders within the European Union typically arrive within 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, public holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances outside our control. Deliveries outside the European Union may take longer because of customs processing.
