Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. Please contact us at info@gup-tuning.ee and include your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

Please do not send goods back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would normally be permitted to do in a physical shop.

Please return the goods securely packaged and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. The absence of original packaging does not automatically remove your right of withdrawal. However, you may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Installed, modified, painted, processed, altered, used or damaged products may have a substantially reduced value. Depending on the condition of the returned goods, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund.

We may ask you to provide photographs before returning the product to help us assess its condition and provide suitable packing and shipping instructions. Providing photographs does not replace or limit your statutory right of withdrawal.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Because some products, including wheels and large body parts, cannot normally be returned by standard postal service, return shipping costs may be significant. Please contact us before returning such products so that we can provide appropriate shipping instructions.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

Custom-Made and Personalised Products

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

A product is not considered custom-made merely because it was ordered from a supplier after the customer placed an order. Where the withdrawal exception applies, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

The 14-day right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods.

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or develops a fault, please contact info@gup-tuning.ee as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs. Statutory consumer rights are not limited by this return policy.

This policy applies to consumers. Different return conditions may apply to purchases made by businesses.
